As a Fold 3 owner myself the benefits of a large 4:3 screen outweigh the convenience of a wider more traditional aspect ratio.

I think the most important factor for this phone will be price. If they can undermine the fold 3 in price they'll have a winner

That looks a lot bigger than the Galaxy Fold both in its folded and unfolded state.

The secondary display seems to have a better screen to body as well as a more traditional screen ratio than Fold 3.

This is of interest to me, just because it seems that the outside screen is wider than that of the Samsung fold 3

"From Novelty to Necessity"? No thanks, foldable screen smartphone, in general, is still not a necessity for me. I used to be on the bandwagon before with Samsung's first-gen Galaxy Fold, and I have never been a fan of it. still prefer LG's much more practical detachable DualScreen case solution. I don't have to use the case all the time and I only need to use it whenever necessary. Most of the time, it's inside my sling bag.
