      Tigolebitties, 12 Dec 2021Bish how many pictures do u take per day-It's the amount i've reached since 2015. First i had a phone that could only record 1080p 30 fps so the files took relatively less storage then my next phone was 1440p 30 fps and after that 1440p 60 fps.

      Eventually i ended up with 71 gb. Now imagine if my first phone had 1440p 60 fps recording, after 6 years i would have ended up with like 300 gb.

              With phones that record 8k videos and have 100 megapixel cameras, every photo you take is gonna be like 50 mb and the 8k videos will be 500 mb per 20 seconds and let's not forget about all the people who already have tens of gbs saved on their sd cards from old photos, videos, music and other files that they'll have to transfer all of that to the phones storage as it doesn't have an sd
              So no, 128 gb is not enough unless you just use your phone for calling and texting

UFS 3.1 just means theoretical maximum speed of the storage INTERFACE (the connection between SoC and NAND chips), not the actual speed of the storage (actual NAND chips).

                  Here is a good example that I could quickly find:

                  One has UFS 3.0, one has UFS 3.1. Neither comes anywhere close to UFS 3.0 or 3.1 theoretical maximum speeds because they use slow NAND chips that are then hooked to UFS 3.x interface. And difference between 3.1 and 3.0 is minimal. I don't know where the person doing this test has seen "clearly a speed difference in all aspects" when UFS 3.1 is actually slower in this particular test except in memory copy which means internal copy in the buffer itself, not actual NAND cells and even there 3.1 is worse (even if they messed up labels and switched them, the difference is minimal at best).

                                  Nice, 1 tb needs to come back on more phones. Without an sd card, 512 gb storage should be the MINIMUM, but instead we have $1500 phones sold with 128 gb storage that you fill up in 2 weeks. What a world we live in huh

                                    Stop assuming things and wait for an official announcement.

                                    I'm fervently praying, it's either a periscope lens or a LTPO display, or at the very least a curved screen.
