Wear OS 3 was quietly published on Android AOSP, so an emulator shows us what the UI looks like without Samsung’s skin.

Google should let Samsung do all their ui stuff on phones,tablets and watches they do a much better job of adding features and making them look good,stock android is fugly

    Not mentioned, but extremely important, is that Wear OS 3 is a very new operating system. So it is immature, like most new things. Design and apps after not yet polished. There are not many applications, yet. All this is very normal, and to be expected for all need operating systems.
    As the main article mentioned, the coming months will see further developments, and movement onto other brands of products. Impatient people might demands instant miracles. Manufacturing and engineering realities are not really miraculous.

Yes, tweak it to your use when you get the device but, once that's done you install updates or uninstall apps and that's the only interaction with the OS other than maybe toggle wifi, airplane mode or the volume.

            also, these screenshots look pretty bad compared to what Samsung delivers.

            That applies to Android 12. It seems there is not much to Android outside of Samsung.
