[deleted post]They might be late to adopt a feature but when they do, they perfect it. Their first attempt on 120hz made their 13 pro phones have the best battery life on any phone whereas android struggled with battery life after adopting higher refresh rates.

A1, 17 Dec 2021Dafqu, the chin is bigger than the original CE Because SE is usually the second lowest model after Lite in Oppo Reno hierarchy. Cheaper model means bigger bezels aka budget phone styling. Not sure why Oneplus did not at least rebadge the better looking Reno7.

solided, 16 Dec 2021Why so soon? It's only 6 months since CE was released.Because it's from china. What do you expect?

One thing to note, given that the current OxygenOS is basically rebranded ColorOS. That means that in term of software wise there is advantage choosing OnePlus over Oppo or Realme, unless they at least give us the volume slider, or else there is like no point of buying it.
Either get a equivalent Realme device which cheaper price or a Oppo device with better build quality but higher price.

solided, 16 Dec 2021Why so soon? It's only 6 months since CE was released.Because the template is already there from Oppo lineup. Oneplus simply change the badge, and voila, a new model to grab attention. This rebadging is indication that future Oneplus models will be rebadged Oppo models.

Why is Oppo still adding the punch hole on the left side? Not only is it super distracting but also takes up so much space along with the clock on the left = less space for notifications
Idk why this left side clock trend hasn't died yet

Instead of a 50/52/54mm, surely it has a 14mm + depth or macro.
Waste of space.

It's just sad how uninspiring and lazy this company has become from being the go to choice for enthusiasts.
