The only way I can explain naming it 80 was because its the top of the cream in that tier (like 778) but again the 6 series' top is 695,so what the hell.Gsmarena should double check articles with the 480 series lol

The Snapdragon 480 is actually faster than the Snapdragon 678. Qualcomm's has some weird naming/numbering conventions.

I am a fourth generation Motorola moto g to moto g stylus I bought a Motorola g stylus 2021 but I lost it so I bought the Motorola 5g 2021 the fingerprint sensor is way better than a Moto g stylus I miss the Moto g side finger sensor that is 5G phone is really good I see the specs on a new Motorola stylus 2022 and look like it's going to be less powerful or less features

No stereo speakers. Still no video out over usb c.. and I think it even had the same soc or lower version... If the older model isn't lower spec why can't we still get the upgrade.....

As for the internals, it is in no way a step back. The author of this article is just wrong. See for yourself.

The 480+ outclasses the 678 in a few areas and where it does not, it's more or less the same.
As for everything else, I haven't examined that yet.

Why Does Motorola for backwards on Snapdragon on consecutive year same models? That is just horrible, nobody wants to go backwards on a new phone

The only thing the did is take the phone from 4 cameras to 3 it does everything the same but the original Moto g stylus is fast and I like it. They could've did somethings better but it works 4 me
