Amazfit GTR 3, GTR 3 Pro, and GTS 3 get second major update

I bought the Amazfit GTR 3 Pro in November 2022, but it broke on its own by constantly restarting. I reported the issue and got a replacement in January 2023. It worked fine until June 2023 when the problem occurred again. I reported it to the company once more, and they replaced it twice because it's still covered by the one-year warranty.

Despite purchasing a case and tempered glass to protect it, the watch still got damaged. This leads me to conclude that the GTR 3 Pro is not durable and doesn't last long. In contrast, the Amazfit BIP U Pro I'm currently using, which I bought in October 2021, is still working fine without any noticeable issues.

Although I really like the GTR 3 Pro for its numerous features, impressive sensors, battery life, and screen, I'm very disappointed with its lack of durability. On the other hand, the BIP U Pro feels rugged and sturdy—I only take it off my wrist when it needs charging.

        Pro should of never happened. Like the GTR 2, the GTR 3 should be the same, and then be a GTR 3e, not pro. They screwed up with the pro. GTR 4 is not going to get a pro, and they already said this. $50 extra for two not really that needed features, like I can use calling on phone just fine, and same with music on phone with GTR 3. To me those two features are waste of money. Should have been free added on GTR 3 and no pro version.

          Yeah. Year later and nothing new. How about a qwerty keyboard for sms reply!!!!! It's a smart watch act like one be like phone. I am not an Apple fan, used it ones for few months. And the watch is just perfect, yeah I know, the battery sucks. But everything else is spot on. If it would work 100% with Android I would buy one. I wouldn't look no more, it is that good.

                looking to pick up the gtr 3 pro soon, really like the look of it and at 150 quid i think its a good deal.

                  Zepp App Store?! Looked cannot find. WHERE is it hiding? What is in it? Are the Apps free or paid? Looking for MAPS, no maps no watch!
