- nowadays most kid get access to a smartphone because its cheaper compared to cheap pc and also smartphone has more day to day usage for most of the people. So all they know about call of duty mobile, pubg etc.
- also many people think gaming is just gaming there is no difference between pc and mobile gaming. So they just play games casually on phone since it's a lot more portable
- lastly no matter how much graphical improvement they make the smartphone gaming market is already saturated with microtransactions( with some exceptions). And it's not changing anytime soon.

That Pc or console is a want, you can live without it.
Why develop games for a smaller subset of people.. not profitable.. And cry when a simple candy crush earns more then aaa game.
But hardware is no use, unless Samsung release some good games for it.

I do hate Exynos but it will be better this year. Just look at GizmoChina’s testing of the Motorola Edge X30 Pro. Good framerates on the game they tested, but it runs like a toaster at 57c. Super unacceptable.
Mi 11 is just as bad at 54c and 2/3 framerate. My guess is that the iPhone 13 has similar framerates or slightly higher but it only has 45c temperature at most (so not as hot).

Gaming on mobile is hard for company.. but if done right.. brings tons of cash!
Make a good graphics intensive game? You will alienate those with older hardware, thus limit your profitability.
Make a low graphics game? You will alienate those with new hardware, but reach a wider audience.
Most will go the latter, and choose to provide as wide a compatibility as possible.

Bring it on. At first there won't be many games supporting such features, but it's the same story like with PC tech, eventually developers will create fantastic things. However I will wait for the Note, uhm I mean the S23 Ultra in 2023.

if the 4 nm is in mind, older intel i9 cpu and nVidia gpu should much much much more than enough to be converted into risc mobile processors, then the android operating system can be tuned to play pc windows games so the players can play single title game in both pc and mobile so as the other windows apps, its the dream of users from the time of GOD knows when ... and the industries still struggling to lock down users to certain environment for massive data collection, no user removable battery, no microxd slot, no 3.5 mm battery, massive computational images, massive computational artificial intelligence, non sense marketing
