OnePlus is dead, so is the father company.

Headphone jack, expandable storage, full screen display are just three of the hints I'll give this conglomerate to get their sh*t together.

It's one of the best and destroys the OnePlus 9 range for endurance. Oh no wireless charging either so the battery will last longer due to less heat and we get the option to downgrade os so we can still enjoy oxygen os at its best. I should know I own one and play many hours on cod mobile without having to charge. Do your research before making these claims.

OnePlus Nord's do not explode unless they have already been damaged which then voids the warranty anyway. They are cheap plastic and can get damaged more than other phones do from drop tests ...they are flimsy but not a fire hazard. Personally I'd never buy any cheap android phone as corners are cut to keep the price low.

"we haven't seen the legendary Hasselblad brand on a smartphone"

                But we did.
At this point it's a tradition.
If Hasselblad is "involved" than the camera will disappoint at best.

Oneplus was one of fastest growing device ! Created trust with the oxygen OS one of the best Android skins ! Its as good as One UI . The fastest, bloatware free OS.
Coming to color OS , its good but , cant compare with oxygen OS and One UI . Looking from Color OS 5.2 to Color OS 12 there is a drastic improvement, UI had improvement 👏 a lot , UI looks good like stock UI overall good .
Coming to MIUi it still had some issue, some ads , but can say its a stable UI . With lots of custom theme !

nord series is a loser tho, many of them went note7 on their owners.

I will prefer the iPhone 12 mini over OnePlus 9 Pro for the same price. In India, 9 pro is priced at $700 which is too much.

oxygen OS is as good as dead.. the only thing oneplus did best is it's OS.. nothing was even close.. not even stock android.. until OXYGEN OS 10.. In every other category.. oneplus was always a hair below the competition.. design.. build.. display, speakers, camera, battery, charging.. Sure the 7 pro had beautiful 90hz notch less display.. but it wasn't as bright as samsung or apple.. In 8 pro they made cameras better.. still not as good as Apple or Pixel.. Sure they made ultra fast charging popular, but they skip wireless charging in mid range models.. and the battery backup was always unsatisfactory.. but still after all this people chose oneplus.. due to oxygen OS and this alone.. I love this brand.. and I feel sad that I am forced not to update my 7t pro to oxygen os 12.. Please oneplus.. still there is time.. don't ruin yourself

I bought a OnePlus 6, and I'm typing this on my 7T. Both were solid competitors at the time of purchase for each

I don't think OnePlus will get my next purchase. The bugs in OxygenOS 11 have been ongoing, very two steps forward three steps back fashion. Lack of a proper Dex-like ability to cast a different screen space is another way this brand is failing to earn flagship level prices.

Unfortunately, no one else seems to want to make dual sim flagships for the US market. So I either need to import phones with probably the wrong frequency coverage, or settle for Samsung's single sim only US SKUs.

C'mon, OnePlus, get back to doing things right!

Well. My last OnePlus purchase will be the 1+ 8 Pro. Their decision to disable a feature via a software update which may have been a selling point to some, was a very disgusting solution to something that may not have been much of an issue to begin with. It is not so much that the color filter lens was disabled as it was originally implemented, but the idea that after spending over USD 750.00 for a product, that a manufacturer could simply release an update to disable a feature, without no compensation, and without the option to revert back.

Also their fiasco with the deliberate cpu throttling on the 1+ 9 series. I agree with one of the comments. LOSER: ONEPLUS

Oneplus was mostly a disappointment in 2021 and i see no better in 2022...
