Going by it’s leaked geekbench numbers the 1200 is gonna simply be the Exynos 980 with a newer node build & G68 GPU.

Their specs is a lot better than samsung's midrange phone. Apple doesn't make midrange phone

OPPO , Huawei and other chinese phones look very ugly and very bad perfomance . These chinese phones battery drain very fast and after 2 years you have to replace battery. Also it is funcionally very bad as customisation is bad and user friendly features are very less. Updates are large in chinese phones and even 200 mb google security updates are made 10 times bigger to hack privace of innocent customers. So most people have stopped using chinese crap phones and switched to Samsung , Apple or other non chinese brands.

778g uses 642 with a L, so it's weaker than 642 no l, or even 640

778g is around 845 - 855 so you can call it 850, it's nowhere near 865. Also it's dsp is better I think by seeing these tops thingy

Looking identical does not gives any advantage. I brought 2 Mseries phones recently and gifted one of them.. cannot explain the bad experiance. Gifted phone has software update issues, even samsung authorized service center cannot get it back. Second phone has display issues for 4th time. Thanks to samsung company excellent quality items.
My suggestion avoid M series. Flop model phone 📱

Don't buy samsung phones I am a user have 2 units(M30S &M10S) at my phone after 1 year of usage both phones not working properly. Battery draining fast, Automatically switch off and switch on sometimes not switching on spent more than 8k to repair it's issue but still not fixed. I will never buy it again at any cost even at gunpoint.

778g is "close" to 855 in cpu. GPU is around 15% less powerful. That puts GPU in between 845 and 855.
That means 870 GPU is 50% more powerful than 778g.
Exynos 1200 is dual core . So its close to Dimensity 900 , which is in 768g range.

since all 32 42 52 all models with 2s are so ugly looking devices. I'm switching to OPPO

That 6000 mAh battery is great since that's much bigger than most other batteries many in which are less than 4500 mAh. Hopefully this will start a trend that will lead other smartphone companies to significantly increase battery power which is something that's badly needed.
