Honestly I liked the phone.... I also love the code name Alicia...
But by the comments I read below is all about Nokia.... Actually Nokia is a very fine brand indeed,so does the S.E apparently
I loved the brand of SONY,from bravia to Vaio and cybershot... But the problem is here it's the UI.... To be honest I never liked SE's UI..... but I do also hate Nokia's battery life (believe me its sucks)......... each brand has it's flaws so why not wait for it's release and we can mock the other brands right...

great phone.
just look at the interface from 2 external displays.
the second display looks great with touch controls in them.

The only reason why people use nokia is because they cannot handle something as advanced as an SE.
For technology, SE is always on the top
For build quality and innovation, I'd say motorola (before you question this, have you used or even tried the new motos from the ROKR z6 and above? kick slider, morphing keypad, rubber glass metal finish, linux OS, crystaltalk and every phone there owes them for the vibrate function) and finally they are out of the RAZR rut (the RAZR2 is excuseable).
And for market share... nokia... ugh! :p

its true SE is rising, but there is still a huge gap between market domination with Nokia. SE always produce the same phone with a few change here and there. Made purely to attract young demographic. Along with its sony walkman integration and its camera, it is doing a decent job. But because Nokia releases different varieties of phones from the poor to the high class and from just a phone to a multimedia powerhouse. It is hard to compete with extra millions of sales Nokia makes annually. And as for Motorola, yaaaaaaaa, their time passes after V3 was released.

NOKIA LOVER has certainly lost it...
Samsung only has cheap repeated knock off designs, Motorola is going downhill full speed as we speak...
Nokia itself...? I'm starting to lose the feeling on my N95 8GB and going back to SE...

But ranking them based on GSMArena's list is quite...wrong. If anything, it should be:
#1 Nokia
#2 Sony Ericsson (Face it, SE is rising rapidly)
#3 Samsung
Motorola is unranked, probably at the lower end of the top ten list. Why? Because they can't make any phones, but once they do (like the V3) the KEEP making models similar to it, which gets really annoying.

To Nokialover: Any experience with the aftersales-units of any of the brands in "your" top 3. Nokia first, I can live with. Motorola 3rd? Come on now... When have they launched an innovation lately (read the last five years?)... Secondly, I've experienced nothing but problems with their products and the way they deal with customer complaints. Believe me, I know what I'm talking about. Nokia most reliable? Depends on the price category you buy, Samsung? Very nice but hardly groundbreaking technology. No, SonyEricsson is a brand that should get more respect when it comes to innovation and quality in general.

Dosn't look too much different than the W890.
Sony Ericsson need some big changes to get on top of the market again this will simply not do.

looks great, personally walkman fones do nothing for me but the design is fantastic, i wish they could make a fone that has everything as sexy as this one
