My Flip 3's battery was draining a little quicker than I would like recently. So I turned off fast charging and I don't wireless charge it overnight any more since that generates unnecessary heat.
Seems like battery went back to normal. But it was never that great to begin with. Just fine for my usage. I do practice the 85/40 rule with it, so many of the charges are shallow like 15-25% throughout the day. That's the biggest and only real negative with the Flip 3. Battery life. I can live with the camera.
I do think Motorola nailed the cover display right. The Flip 3's 1.9-inch cover display is serviceable enough but you need SamSprung and you need wake it up with Bixby to keep your security lock. I feel Samsung nailed everything right with foldables except the outer display. Motorola and Oppo beat them to it and after only 1 attempt. Samsung already has 3 generations.
Samsung seems more like a follower and not a leader. They'll eventually copy the Razr and Find N.

U should also remember that Samsung kick-started the whole foldable thing. They didn't follow none. And ZFold 3 and ZFlip 3 are the only foldable with proper software and IP rating.

If you use SamSprung for your Flip 3, it won't work on One UI 4. This is why I won't update.
I was reading a comment praising the Oppo Find N and bashing Samsung's foldables. This commenter does make a point. Samsung really is more of a follower than leader. It's like Samsung took 3 generations and still got the Fold and Flip wrong with an awful cover display.
Motorola already got the clamshell design right that first time. Then Oppo nailed the book form factor right the first time. I still prefer my Flip over Razr because of the SoC, wireless charging, and Flex. But Samsung never figured out the form factor correctly. Either too small, tall, and narrow.

Has anyone got One UI 4 with android 12? I'm just curious if it's good enough to update from One UI 3.1 to 4.
I'm about to get One UI 4 next month so i want to be sure if it doesn't have bugs.
