Got an HTC One S, Orange UK unlocked. Still stuck with 4.0.3 (released in March 2012) and no update being shown though the RUU seems to be available online, supposedly released in Sep 2012.

I do hope i can update directly to Jelly Bean, since the 4.0.3 is fairly buggy unlike the HTC One X i had. The stock browser causes the phone to crash after a short period of use, however using Boat or Chrome browser i could avoid this problem.

You'll probably have to wait a bit longer until you get your update (the current update is for international unlocked phones)

I got the new Android 4.1.1 update and initially after the update, it was very slow and laggy, but after restarting the phone, it works like a breeze. There are many things that have been updated, the most obvious being the Beats Audio which can be activated when headphones are plugged in. The updated Beats Audio allows for the music to be louder and also have more bass.
The actual UI hasn't changed particularly much, it's just some changes to the notification bar (which looks nice and sleek) and you now only have 6 skins to choose from. Also, HTC's HTC hub app and support for Adobe Flash Player have been removed and they've added a best deals app (pretty pointless imo), Chrome (Google's web browser), HTC Media Link HD (Only useful if you have the wireless box that allows wireless streaming to TVs) and a new and updated voice search.
One of many other things that have been changed is the camera. The UI for the camera now has a few extra icons and settings, but now only give you 3 resolution options for photos (6 if you include the 16:9 options.)
The best update of all imo is what HTC have done to the homescreen. Why? In the past, when you got to the last homescreen and wanted to go to the first one, you'd have to scroll all the way back... not anymore! You can now scroll from last to first with a single swipe. YES!!! XD
Anyway, it's about time I wrapped things up. In general, the update has made the phone faster and better to use. The only thing that really upset me was the lack of support for flash even though it was already installed to begin with...
