Samsung expected to ship 350 million smartphones in 2013

Out of the 500 million handsets shipped worldwide, it is estimated 350 million would be smartphones.

Next year maybe a complete different ball game, with google own X phone with motorola, competition from china manufacturer eg ZTE, Oppo, Huawei.
WP8 phone are expect to gain more market share.
We may see downfall of Samsung like any Nokia.

Anonymous, 27 Dec 2012i dont think so.. wakakakkaa ^^Nokia did it in the past although their phones were so outdated and bricky, Samsung now is way better than Nokia in leading market.
