The phone will also bring version 2.0 of the various Hasselblad-developed enhancements that were featured on the 9-series.

I don't think these photos are taken from OP10Pro itself. I don't believe the phone can take such clear pictures of moving subjects. Atleast my OP7Pro photos get blur when subject is moving

Bulbul, 07 Jan 2022Very disappointing no periscope camera only telephoto lens ... moreprobably to differentiate it from its BKK siblings, especially camera centric ones like Find x4 pro and the x70/80 series

Meanwhile the vivo x70 pro plus has a good 5x even if it is only 8mp and has a small sensor size beacuse of good optimisations. I hope they do not use the same telephoto sensor from last year. Anyway i think the mi10 ultra, mi 11 ultra and the pixel 6 pro have worthy telpehoto sensors. Nothing comes close to them so there are not many alternatives actually.

How good are the Hasselblahblahblah cameras ?

TheWildShadow55, 07 Jan 2022It's always the Anonymous accounts that say the mostMost of the time they say the most BS, since they have no name, but sometimes they can say interesting things.

Ow no a GPU boost mode I think the will explode from overheating. And the cameras will probably overhyped like last year. Plus it's not competitive with other phones that have a 48mp 4x optical zoom like pixel.

BJRG, 07 Jan 2022Wow! These look so fabricated. They do. Also over-saturated. The hardware will be decent and Gcam will likely make them look more natural, but that's not the point. People shouldn't have to install Gcam to resolve inadequacies in camera processing. I'm more than happy to use Gcam on my A52 5G, but a flagship is different.

Well honestly i can say this going to be best camera phone out now.
Soon along with Xiaomi 12 ultra and maybe next Honor Magic pro plus.
Rest is not interesting as always whn comes to camera compared to price of the device.

The gradients on the sky of the balloon picture and rock picture is pretty good if it's an actual straight out of camera sample. Phones usually mess that up to prevent highlight blowouts and to show it has a lot of dynamic range.

Yes, I saw that, which is quite odd. My response was primarily to the second half of your comment where you were being sassy to me while turning a blind eye to your own ignorance.

"But I am sure you did believe when Samsung was caught doing same for one A series device"
I don't think you're using the word "believe" correctly, but anyway answering your question - no, I acknowledged both incidents, and I defended both companies on each instance.

"Are them all inferior to Largan and other that supply phone makers?"
How many thousands of times do other users and I need to tell you that plastic lenses are cheaper and easier to make hence complex surface designs can be more readily achieved??? So far 3 phone manufacturers have claimed that they used a free-form lens in the past, there have been multiple reports that Largan Precision is producing free-form lenses for phone cameras, and all you have to claim that they don't exist is an absolutely pitiful "But camera manufacturers don't have free-form lenses!" argument. It's just as ridiculous as your usual "Quad Bayer sucks coz dedicated cameras don't use it" rhetoric. I don't want to repeat the same stuff over and over again, mate.

As for the "favorite": You didn't provide proof to back up point 1 (I followed your link and I couldn't find the particular post you were mentioning, you need to actually paste the link and then prove that disabling PDAF on a PDAF-capable sensor will somehow get rid of the banding) while point 2 makes no sense (So by the same size you mean the same sensor area and with the same MP count, or the same area but quadruple the number of pixels on QB?).

The rest is straight-up made up and I never claimed such things in the past. SMH.

It does mean the top was cut.

You did not even believe when tech sites reported Huawei used Nikon and advertised as selfie cam. Despite being caught 3x.
But I am sure you did believe when Samsung was caught doing same for one A series device.

Where is the distortion free lens from Canon, Zeiss, Nikon, Sony, Leica, Panasonic, Sigma, Tamron, Hasselblad, Fuji, Pentax and other? Are them all inferior to Largan and other that supply phone makers?

                                        My favorites:

                                        - Nick does not know PDAF can be disabled.
                                        - Nick does not know quadbayer is slower than bayer of same size.
                                        - Nick thinks BBK helped Sony to created Dol-HDR, when this tech is from 2016 and clients just buy what's available and do not help creating anything.
                                        - Nick does not know HDR cant be used for action shots nor macro.
                                        - Nick does not know pixels outside image circle can be used to improve EIS.
                                        - Nick thinks jpeg has can have more DR than raw
