Because the realme 8i have the exact same camera modules as stated on the article (50+2+2). The 9 and Pro will have at least an ultrawide camera for sure, no point they aren’t putting ultrawide camera on this series (even it only 8mp)

I don't know that there's enough evidence to confirm that those Dimensity chips will be used. Maybe we should be grateful that the SD720G isn't being used for the fourth time, but I don't know how much better the Dimensity chips are, especially for the Pro+ model. I hope Realme doesn't botch the 9 series in other ways. It doesn't seem especially good at learning from its mistakes. After skipping the 8 series, I don't think I'll buy another Realme if the 9 series is no good.

Come on realme, you already Sapotaged your GT 2 pro with the heating snapdragon 8 gen 1. At least put the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 in the highest model of your 9 series and we might forgive you .

Cheap phones use mediatek because of price.
People that buy cheap phones will not feel any difference.
You can give them quadcore A53 @1.7 GHz and they use same way.
How about saying mediatek is getting comfy too? Some newer chips are worse than older chips. Like some chips from G series are weaker than P series.
The G25 used by moto E7 Power is weaker than P22.
And P22 is 26 months older than G25.

My quest are 9 pro use 50+2+2 mp and 9 pro+ use 50+8+2 mp. Someone should teach realme what meaning of "pro". I thinked bbk hoarding all 2mp stock for next decade.
