This phone form factor indicates that it's for business people but it's specs don't. Nfc is important which 3.5 its not because most people that are on the road 8 hours a day use bluetooth. It does not have an oled which is important so they can use it under sunlight.

And the chipset it's very ok for day-to-day tasks, but of course it depends on the price. People who buy this phone don't care about gaming or updates, it's more about the stylus and clean Android.
