i bought dis phone mystic black on 15th of march
after using for one month i can say this phone is not satisfying but every handset hv some unique qualities

slider is awesome
sound quality is rocking

Loud Ringer
Nice design
games r cool
motion sensor for games
digital camera 2- megapixel
512 mc stick comes with phone
2 style-up covers
Costs low
-bads-
only 10MB of internal memory
3G, GPS and Wi-Fi are absent
Motion sensor isn't responsive
PC cable not included
pc suit not supported
camera is poor
it is giving software problem
No themes are there for changing
functionality is nt upto d mark
cannot install games >500kb

Actually my friends have nokia phones. And one month ago, we had a party in my friend's house, using our phones we took pictures then I asked one of my friend who had a nokia to pass the pictures he took unto my phone. When he passed the pictures, I've seen that those pictures became awful. And also, many of my friends recognized my sony ericsson phone as a great shooter compare to other nokias around.

take n82 and k850i and take photos(and no cheating)uploadon computer and zoom in,you will find thatsony 2megapixel phones and 3 mega pixel phones have better result than k850i,while the n82 has got the best camera award in a jury result of 92% ,i m not just typing i did this test in my mobile shop

becuz u said dat camera quality is better in cell lcd but when pics upload on pc so aaaaaaaaaaaa
this is only happens wid nokia
becuz in LCD nokia's cell phone resolution is quite good but when u upload it on pc
dat time u saw all the damn story

n SE is far away in technology dude n no one can beat them becuz they r Japinease not finnishs

@Mohammad-Oil : N gage was launched years ago and all those devices you wrote about are not older than 2 years but N-Gage was the best gaming platform and a mobile also while PSP hasgot no sim place so i would refer not to carry 2 high tech devices when you have a chance to be stolen(even you would go for all in if you know that some one can steal ur mobile)
AND i just wanted to see no more NOKIA and Sony fights allmobile companies are better than others in different ways likeNokia even having bad desings deliver more options than sony,while sony delivers sound quality and better camera(just in phone but when you upload it on computer aaaaaaaaaaa........)

My W700 is already a micro PSP ,with almost 200 hundred games,including 3d games like resident evil 3d (works only on SE PHONES),tony hawk,treasure tower,medal of honor etc... but now with the coming of the f305...and both have 176x220 pixels which doesn't look that bad for gaming.But more is yet to come with the release of the W980 which has new advanced java technology ,providing better mobile gaming experience in the near future.In Sony Ericsson we trust.

Anonymous, 16 Jun 2008can you all please make a sony phone without a software pro... morenokia has great problems with their jp software!! first versions of nokia's jp phones surely has fatal errors! that's not so much in Sony Ericsson phones. that's why nokia is using out source software (symbian). you can be sure if nokia could create a licenced good software, symbian couldnt be a popular os so much. S.E. is the reason of rising of th JP.

Why doesn't Nokia make a phone that does not look like crap. I prefer my pretty sony phone to a phone that looks like it was created in the stone age.

The Hightlight again cause of the idea..
i mean when the PS3 was coming out man SE could have designed an amazing phone which could completely sync with your PS3 or PSP, hell why don't they make a SE which Turns INTO A GAME PAD!!!!! dude imagine you goto your friends house and they got a PS3 but no spare pad.......no worries just take out your SE and play!!!!!!!!! insane idea man......

yea there are some great comments here, some i can tell from great fans of SE and Sony, like i said before that you can't say that SE phones rock just cause Sony have great products, man i just can't put down the PSP and man i did that media server thing on the PS3 with my N95 8GB........basicly through the home wifi i could see all my pictures, music and videos wirelessly on my PS3!!!! man thats insane!!!! but...now my point if the PS3 is a media center than surely sony would have planned this like months before its release than how come no SE phone that is on the Market can act as a media server....ok wait now the SE c905 is going to have this option but thats not out yet........see what i mean these brands, sony and SE just have the name in common and different people work in them, look The N95 8GB is the first DLNA certified mobile device.....i mean when the PS3 was coming out man SE could have designed an amazing phone which could completely sync with your PS3 or PSP, hell why don't they make a SE which Turns INTO A GAME PAD!!!!! dude imagine you goto your friends house and they got a PS3 but no spare pad.......no worries just take out your SE and play!!!!!!!!! insane idea man......

SE is getting better in design department.
But they still need to choose better OEM.
Most of their handsets are like cheap toys considering construction quality and material.(You can think like ipod & creative)
See Nokia, even their entry level handsets are toy like in design but still solid and firm.

patronizing a brand because it looks cool is wrong. a wise consumer looks for the right qualities that suit them. they research the background technoligies that make these devices work and weigh their options wisely. sony having good display products (bravia), good mobile phones (SE) and gaming consoles (playstation products), does not automatically mean that they are good with fusing these products together. but then again we could never tell until we see their releases in the future.

Let's hope their other phones have potential! The gaming one is a good idea but the tiny screen is a major letdown.
