Still can't say much about the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. Maybe OnePlus can deliver a good battery and/or thermal optimization with the 10 Pro, but only time will tell.

Clearly, you don't know difference between Xiaomi 12 is using TCL while 12 Pro is using Samsung E5 LTPO. TCL doesn't even produce LTPO panel currently, so don't spread wrong info.

NOT the "bargain" they use to be when they started. Now instead of flagship killer (price) they are up in the line of FLAGSHIP with their price.
I think it was done on purpose. No one outside of the "geek" community ever heard of Oppo, so they create this "new" company called OnePlus...put out the line they are a poor startup, can't produce that many, not enough money. Create a feeding frenzy by making it super cheap, invites only. With each new model, make them "colorful, stylish" like all the rest until they are in the flagship price range.

The mechanical motor to lift and close the pop up camera probably became to expensive and made the phone less competitive price wise. Blame inflation and tariffs.

Why did OnePlus drop the punch hole free display from the 7? It was so good and makes no sense why they would go back to the boring punch hole afterwards. The OnePlus 10 is nothing but a drop in the ocean of phones with punch holes. Nothing unique, interesting or worth my time
If the OP 10 had no punch hole it might have attracted more interest especially from those like me who are tired of stupid cutouts interupting the display

The camera is average and ugly as a mf
No 144 hz. Why? Even Motorola did it
No headphone jack
No SD slot
Coloros? Meh
This phone has nothing interesting to offer. Nothing that would convince me to buy this over the S21 or 22 when it comes out. That's the problem with these Chinese brands. They think they can make mediocre phones with nothing specoal to offer and expect people to choose them over Samsung or Apple
