Trollhammeren, 18 Jan 2022R.I.P Really? Based on what exactly? Most people bashing Microsoft are Sony fans. Get over yourselves and stop acting like kids.

First Bethesda and now Activision. If you cant win the console war just buy them all.

Anonymous, 18 Jan 2022Sony has strong foothold on vr side and has bought many vr ... moreArguably, Microsoft has an even stronger hold into VR/HR within Industry applications, sparking from their early work with the Kinect, all the way to today's HoloLens. They are also reported to have tried it for gaming and deemed the technology too immature for that...

Even the early innovators Oculus never really delivered a killer game, similarly Sony's PSVR is a cute little experiment that always feels like a beta. Microsoft has the proven expertise and proven industrial products to show they know better about this; it's safe to say that if they enter the gaming space, they'll deliver something like what the Kinect was to Sony's EyeToy -- i.e, in a whole different ball park to Sony's toyish experiments.

I wonder if Sony have enough time to come up with their own Xbox Game Pass rival before it's too late.

I realize that, soon, it will be more interesting to buy a gaming PC than a console, no matter if it was PS or MS, as games from both platforms will be offered on their GamePass services...

Upcoming Psvr2 will be a beast of a headset.

Microsoft does not care about vr(gaming) which is the future of gaming.

Microsoft can make tons of money by keeping these games available for PlayStation.
