I got the update and I do get the quick replies option but all the preset messages are empty and I can't open the menu to set them. It says unable to obtain device info. Can't use the feature since its release.

Notifications are not shown on the scr... morealso notifications dismissed on phone won't disappear from the watches and vice versa. notifications sometimes appear twice.
these are quite dumb watches, the lazy devs should have programmed it properly like Garmin: capture notification actions and if it's called "Reply" then simply reply to it. But they decided to add support only for privacy abusing teen apps like Whatsup, or Messenger.

It's useless, you can't use AOD like normal smartwatch. If you use AOD when you rotating the hand to check time, screen won't wake up, the only way it's to press one of buttons.
