Never buy a Microsoft product. I bought 3windows phone s and every body knows what happened. Good product s but Microsoft itself will force the poor customer to quit . Because they always have a reason to I'll treat the poor people who trust them. They better run a casino.better than any thing else like Ford both shares same gene cheating.after taking money..

I own a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 device. It has battery issues and doesn’t charge to full even after getting connected to power and I’m the device is constantly having screen flickering since past 3 years.
After sale service of Microsoft product is a worrisome issue and they do not have strong online query solution service.
Since im from a Tier-2 city, I find it very hard to get it to service centre and get it repaired.

Microsoft harware products are worst after sales service. They do not have rapair option.
So once there is issue they will will ask you to submit the device where they will provide replacement of the device just one catch in this that they will provide refurbished product.
I had Surface Pro 2017 model where after 3 years Battery is dead and when i asked they proposed this replacement where i have to pay 33k Rupees and thats too for refurbished product. Such a crap.

I buy the lte versions for mobile computing, travel and lunch breaks. I don't to take out the work laptop when on the road and I don't need to sit at my real computer (maxed out desktop with a high end graphics card and 4k 165hz monitor). Not sure why I would surf on a phone with this handy and no I would not buy a huge almost 7" phone. Had early 7" and even 8" UMPCs and never going back tonsurfing on anything smaller or phone unles i'm in a store and need to look something up rapidly. 7" or smaller, maybe for an e-book reader or a e-ink notepad. The big phones are great for those who need to spend their hardvearned $ elsewhere..not on multiple devices for optimal use or enjoyment.

Seems absurdly expensive. Gaming laptops are a far better deal if portability isn't a concern - you get superior specs AND nvidia's RTX GPUs for the same or a lower price.

this is too expensive. I picked up SP6 at 75K, i5 and all that.. but this is extreme.. Guess no more surface for me.

Why would somebody buy such an expensive tablet without an OLED display? When will MSFT wake up that the display is crap, and they need to switch to OLED?

Again the revenue was around 2B because the last line up was far better than this one, with better performance/price ratio
In 2022-2023 i cannot see making another 2B

I got mine with i7 one ebay for 1000buchs and I can't say I'm happy with the bugs I got with it. I already did some resets, reinstalls ....., yet these bugs stipp persist. All have to do with the display. 1. Display doesn't autorotate no matter what "bug fixes" I tried. 2.Display brightness doesn't adjust itself according to lighting. 3. Display goes dark after standby mode for a minute or over a minute and is unresponsive, the work around I found for that is to roll back the HID Sensor driver. I mean how can they bring out an expensive product with such bugs?
