Either way, with the pack of charger, headphone jack, microSD card slot, and not even a 1TB version of the Ultra when Apple has that 1TB on their Pro Max is pathetic.

The RAM being dropped down to 8 GBs is a good thing. Less RAM to power will mean slightly better battery life.
Regarding those prices, Damn son! Considering how they dropped the prices of the S21 Ultra, I wasn't too surprised that they're now demanding more. But for this ludicrous price tag, they're probably going to be extremely good, given how amazing the S21 Ultra was and how Samsung has waited a whole year to launch it.
