I was wondering why i didnt get the update. but yesterday I slept and my phone surprisingly update itself from 12.5.3 to 12.5.5 and when i check theres another available update to 13.0.4

It's now July 2022 and still no MIUI 13 update for Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro M2101K6G
Anyone know what is up with it?

Why my redmi note 10 pro still don't recieve any android 12 update?
I just bought it a week ago
Still running on Miui 12.5.9
I was expecting that it's already android 12 out of the box or atleast recieve an android 12 after setting it up.

Turning to Xiaomi's support didn't make sense because their response didn't solve anything. I'm sorry I updated the system 😭.

Since this update my phone has started to hang and freeze and sometimes when I wake up the phone has switched off
Frustrated
I sent feedback (Applications, Feedback) 4 times to Xiaomi and got this reply from them 3 times: ' Dear Customer： Mobile phone System lag/hang when daily use, it is recommended to clean the phone memory, close the background application, leave more running space or restart the phone, and charge it in time. Thanks for your feedback. Mi Phone Feedback Team'
It's so annoying as I've plenty of space on the phone and go change it in time

I have updated my Redmi note 10 pro to miui 13 in Pakistan, But iam facing freezing / hangs of phone. Even no button works except power off button. Which i do use to restart my phone. Any body facing same issues??
