Like snapdragon 865 used to have cortex A77, that was best core of 2020, then snapdragon 690/750 has same core but at lower clock.
Lumia 525/520/620 had same krait core as galaxy s3, lumia 920, and other flagship of 2012 but at lower clocks, thats why lumia 520 sold a lot.
