Nvidia can make their own ARM CPU as you mentioned and every smartphone or tablet brand has to go to Nvidia, leaving every chipset maker out of competition since only Nvidia can get their hands on Arm company.

    Does it mean that if Nvidia does successfully acquire Arm as a whole, Nvidia can get access to every single mobile chipset made by Arm and Nvidia can easily make their own ARM CPU based on all the chipsets made before regardless of chipset vendors?
