Even Xiaomi is thinking to NOT send a phone to dxo, which is telling a lot (remember last year the story with 1+ ?!).

Samsung is gonna decrease the size of the both 10MP cameras to make modules bit slimmer. Even if it has cam island like 21U, it would be thinner.
They had to save some space because of the pen.

These are different specs than the specs the S21 Ultra has. So, I wouldn't be surprised if the rumors were again wrong. The S21 Ultra uses 1.22 micrometer pixels (and larger sensors) for its tele cameras.
