One good thing about Apple is that they keep deliver security update to their product for a long time. That's a thing that no one from Android world have ever done. Even Google falls short when compare to Apple.
Maybe only Kindle can be compared to iPhone in term of long term support. But it's a huge stretch because Kindle is a different type of product.

When phone from 2015 is still getting feature and security updates in 2022, it's inherently more secure than Android from 2015 that hasn't received any updates for last 5 years with near 100% certainty. Unless it's Samsung, then it's last 3 years without any security updates...

You don't have to cry about it. Some of us like the 7-8 years of support we can get with iOS and a more secure ecosystem that works seamlessly unlike anything Android.

But I understand how and why Apple is bigger than other competing smartphone companies. But I do not rant against Apple like this on internet forums. Plus, nobody really cares about what you use and what not. I have seen Android owners paying for Apple services. So your personal opinion cannot stop the company's growth OR make someone change his/her take on what they wish to use and what not.

Thank goodness I'm not subscribed to any of Apple's services. Makes it easier for me to never use iOS ever again.
I'm not subscribed to any music services. I'm fine with Pandora which is modded with no ads. I have Castbox for podcasts which I prefer more than listening to music. I use Netflix, Spectrum TV, Pluto TV, Peacock, and Tubi for streaming. So Apple TV is completely useless for me. I use Google Photos over iCloud.
There really is nothing that Apple offers that I have any use for. Apple Arcade is a joke as I really can't stand mobile games and prefer emulators for old retro console games that don't have micro-transactions or ads. These were complete games that don't need constant updates (DLC).
