Pixel 3 no longer gets unlimited Original quality storage on Google Photos for free

Anonymous, 01 Feb 2022I might be wrong (correct me if that's the case) but i... moreIt is correct, "original" quality is that of the normal photo, and "high" reduced to 16 Mpx, the pixels (1,2,3,4,5) have unlimited "high" quality for life, but not " original" , I have no idea about other brands, but from what I saw at the time it seems they all lost unlimited storage including Pixel 6
So in short, what you said is correct

OhNom, 01 Feb 2022No, all pixels have unlimited storage in "high quality... moreI might be wrong (correct me if that's the case) but iirc I had once read the fine print & it said that "High Quality" means upto 16Mpx photos and FHD videos, if you want higher res, you go for "Original Quality".
But alas now we don't even have unlimited High Quality like I did with my 5 yr old Google One(launcher) phone!
