Anonymous, 03 Feb 2022Ridiculous ... my much cheaper Poco X3 GT has 67 Watt charger Sure you can't here yourself
We aren't talking about Chinese teks here...cmon gee this is SAMSUNG
67,0000watts....who cares!
Besides vivo and oppo are top competitors (talking about the fast charge world)
So get that inn...SAMSUNG has alot to put in in order(like their chipset)and not to play around with useless fast charge tricks and the end a 5,000mah powered battery turns 2,000mah(killing the cells).

I think 25W charging is fine. But a box without it is.... Its not a good idea at least for mid rangers..
But if it will sell with lower price (which i doubt) is good enough

The only way that the A53 5G isn't a downgrade over the A52s is if it also ships with the Xclipse GPU.

Couldn't find A52s and bought A52. Pretty good phone with Snapdragon processor and 3.5mm jack. Also has micro sd card slot up to 1TB. And even radio. Will wait for A55.

actually samsung already had the features, called battery protection. when that option is turned on, the battery will only charge at 85% limit. it's already avaliable on most galaxy devices first introduced on galaxy tab series if i'm not mistaken

Danny301, 03 Feb 2022Fast charging creates heat. Lots of it. Heat is an electron... moreYou should use candy bar phone, if your genius brain only knew that smartphones don't charger constantly at one rate,
25-30w is sweet because it doesn't require battery to be partitioned into two

If you're not using GCam on your phone, you're missing out. It makes all camera shots better. Even on el' cheapo phones.

Fast charging creates heat. Lots of it. Heat is an electronic killer. People seem to not get that. Slow charging is better for the life of your battery and phone. I would like to see the rate of charge to be controllable. Fast when I need it, trickle when I don't. Also to control how much is considered a full charge. 80% maximum charge is best. Keeping the charge between 40-80% is best. Too bad, you can't program it to stop charging at this point.
I do all kinds of things to save battery and data, Data saver. Battery saver. Adaptive Performance. Airplane Mode when working, and Data off when not using internet services. Granular permissions control. Sensors toggled off. Background processes restricted for most and only left on for the most important apps. Notifications off, except for only the most important apps. Screen brightness as minimal as possible.
