Know Xiaomi is just like all other brands and not the value for money one that it used to be. And don't expect the pro model to be like last year's x3 pro, either more compromises will be made or the price will go much higher.

2. They may have delayed this phone to let all other "good" phones with high price be sold first. Then, the rebranding with lower cost (but the same specs). So they sell 2 different phones while manufacturing only 1. Pretty neat, right?

these Chinese brands like to launch phones left and right.. and forget them in months.. Anything over 250$ is a waste of money.. 1 plus was the only good one.. and Huawei maybe.. but they are gone.. My friend's brother literally bought iqoo7 3 months ago for 30K.. and now it doesn't even get 17K in second hand market.. Whereas you can easily sell an iphone XR or Galaxy S10 for 20K + despite being 3 year old devices

NPU inside it is poor even can't handle a 4K 30fps
A phone with 300 $ price can't take 4K , that's shame on xiaomi
At least they could use Dimensity 900

Bluewave, 05 Feb 2022I don't think so This x4 pro is rhe garbage as note 1... moreI don't think the SD695 is a mediocre, it's a pretty good chipset but the problem is with the naming. It's still much better than the SD732G, a lil better than the SD765G, and on par/ a lol worse than the D900. The only problem is with naming. And the Note 11 Pro+ only exists in China, and even if it released as Poco X4 5G, it's still a pretty good deal. And didn't Xiaomi say that they will release 2 RM Note series in 1 year? 1 of them (I pretty sure is the 11 this year) is a balance phone, when the 2nd one is for performance? And things are pretty balance here in this generation, so I don't think it gonna make sense to bring the SD695 to complain.
