As for their claims as having photos like S21 Ultra is kinda realistic because the Oneplus Nord 2 has 125 points compared to 128 points for the S21 Ultra for "Photos" or Shots in DXO Mark.
If you look at the entire camera setup .. ofcourse S21 Ultra or Pixel have much more capable setups as a whole but from a "photo" perspective of the main camera they are comparable.

Realme cameras are never g... moreOf course its a strategy, like every other phone manufacturers it will have a strategy for every model they launch but as long as you keep your expectation fact checked in this segment this is the best camera with mid range sensor and OIS!
It wont have perfect pictures, because no phone has them but it will take flagship killer like photos in mid range budget phone .. witch is great news.
My guess results will be similar to the Nord 2, that this phone is beased on.

This is just a company strategy. Realme cameras are never good in budget or mid range segments. Their flagship killer are with average cameras so don't expect anything new.

This combo of decent IMX766 paired to a weak 8MP ultrawide and a 2MP macro or depth sensor is getting so tired and old... when will we see a proper 16MP or 48MP ultrawide and a 3x telephoto on a budget class or midrange phone...
