Such a shame that this one doesn't have the Kirin 9000 globally. I would have upgraded to this to replace my Huawei P30 Pro which I am still satisfied with.
Notwithstanding lack of GMS aside which I believe I can live with it.
Snapdragon 8 gen 1 is such a hot mess and leaks for Exynos 2200 don't look promising.
Oh well, got to wait for a Dimensity 9000 phone instead then.
However the leaks about the extended software support for Samsung flagships really do sound great to the ears.

Cameras are not that ahead of... moreNothing released last year or this year is better than this phone. Gms? I think 99% of people can live without. 5g? 99,999% can do the same.
Battery? In some other reviews battery life is 30min less than s11 ultra which has 5000mAh, so, pretty good after all.
The rest is subjective.

But it's capable for worthy camera quality. It's camera crowned as king by dxo mark. Don't say huawei paid dxo mark for become #1 rank again. It's ridicoulous. I don't think the galaxy s22 ultra's camera will match with P50 pro has.

Its comparable to what you get for the money.
Best flagship on the market with best cameras, micro sd slot, charger in the box and many else other brands like Samsung or apple excluded.
And the Harmony OS is premium becuase its not only compatible with any device regardless of brand but also you get no Google or CIA spyware into your device.
And having no spyware is priceless equal to concierge.

if they was comes with prefix HONOR name
then Harmony Os was on them + preinstall google play service
NO Gms...trouble to find a way to install it everytime & seeing this message when open each app : ur phone doesn't support google services...no gps...no nothing

Anyone with a bit of logic and skill can install google services like Gmail to its phone and will works.
Or guide from youtube site will do.
Still 1500 is a fair price considering its the best flagship grade device on the market.

Few things to what you said.
Too expensive: Thats not a true its Huawei the legendary brand which will be always better than most competitors.
No GMS: This is a lie. Een GMArena site claims opposite of your statement.
No 5G: And whi needs it??? Most countries runs on 4G in most cities and only major ones and capitols have 5G and not every major city or capitol have it. So 4G is good enough.
Cameras are not that ahead of competitors: Man Huawei always made best possible cameras. They are far better than competition and always will be.
Last year SOC: Man phone were released 12.8.2021 with nest SOC at that time. So what do you expect??? Your statement misses any kind of logic.
Weak battery life: Some phones with even bigger batteries have worse battery life its not that bad. If you can d better would like to see your phone which you made by your hands.
Bad ultrawide camera: This is really funny. Huawei since very long time ago making best camera smartphones ever made. Stop talking nonsense please because you are funny.
Only good thing is
1. Design
2. Brand
3. No Google spyware
Lastly everything is good here. Harmony is way better than any other OS because is very friendly and wiling to cooperate with any device regardless of brand.
Everything is great on this phone and compared t competition it comes with Memory card slot and charger.
But well you had your reasons why you wrote that wrong statement and i dont care.
Just had to correct you because Huawei is top phone brand making best phones money can buy.

I didn't expect the P50 Pocket to be bigger than the P50 Pro when unfolded but it's a really big phone.
