Phone these days is seems bigger in size because of the aspect ratio, take example of 6.7" 20:9, it is basically not much bigger and wider than 5.7 or even 5.5" 16:9, it just still pretty much normal phone, which to me is still too small for me and not comfortable to use and to type on that size of the phone

Even for media, I'd want something comfortable to hold in my hands. 8-11" are fine but 14.6" is something I just couldn't.

New levels may be coming as foldables come. It would need outward and inward folding in one tho, considering weight and thickness is even more important than in phones.

The Samsung Galaxy S had an AMOLED display in 2010, but they intentionally make the Tab S8 a TFT display because they don't have enough reasons to boost the price of the bigger models.
