Why would anyone not want that?

OhNom, 13 Feb 2022I don't think it's logical, it doesn't hurt ... moreThe problem is that these gimmicky charging speeds (that virtually nobody ever really need) come with either smaller capacity or bulkier phone. See Redmi Note 11 Pro vs it's Pro+ countepart - the battery capacity had to be cut by a whopping 500mAh just so they could implement this meme charging.
So even if it can come handy *sometimes*, you are much more often going to realistically miss the battery capacity.

I have 67w on my Mi 11 ultra and i love it, i maybe use the full chage speed called Turbo twice a week, mostly i use Fast speed and sometimes just slow charge.
You dont need to drive your car with maximum speed neither.
Many people nowadays love to have the choice to charge really fast, if you are in a hurry for some reason.
So maybe it's not important or useful for you, but many pll like to have different options.
