I get your point, but we get what we pay for.

Xiaomi just put it there to say i sell you a quad camera phone! My current phone doesn't have a macro lens and i never miss that sh*t camera experience.

What is the type of PROXIMITY SENSOR on this phone?
Is it an actual IR proximity sensor or just a virtual proximity sensor?

This way, when you switch phones to one that probably does not have them, you will not bear it and get a Xiaomi again. It is quite smart actually.

Sounds like a downgrade from the Note10 Pro, MT Chip, Plastic back, smaller battery, Still 4G, The Chinese are experts at cutting corners. The cheap (virtual) Proximity Sensor in the Note 10 Pro and the Poco F3 are prime examples of how X is cutting corners and end up with products that are appealing at first glance.

Why is every Xiaomi midranger 6.67 inches? It's huge. Do they do it just to make it easier to fit components inside? Given that they release unnecessary phones every other day, how about making some of them 6.3 or 6.4 inches?

The Helio G96 which is worse than the Snapdragon 720G of the STANDARD Redmi note 9 (from 2 years ago) and Android 11 mean DOA.
