But what I call them flagship when they provide the best quality of camera (i.e the hardware). The photos/videos may look the same but they are different in detail.

Stop calling S22 and S22+ flagships. They are not. Midrange phones just with latest chipset. Cameras are almost on the A52s level. S22 ultra might be flagship, but it is bulky and ugly for most users.

What really annoys me is the price . in 2014 S5 was sold for 600£ here in the UK . When you calculate inflation that number in today's money is 714.77£. Now you would say "but they added so much more features" . In 2021 just for the first 6 months of release S21 sold 13+ million units . So just 1£ price increase means that is at least 15 million turnover for samsung. Just from one phone just for 1£ price increase . Now think about how much more they make from S22U . Few developments will not cost samsung extra 430 million right (keep in mind they made profit at 600 back then or todays 714.77.)

Twitter noticed that s22+ has a chin. Thin but it still exists.
I am not sure if regular s22 is symmetrical either...
So If they don't pay attention to details on their premium line, budget phones are even more doomed.
Galaxy A52s is perfect phone for my needs but it's so ugly because of these bezels. I am fine with thicker bezeles. I even prefer them but make them symmetrical.
Samsung's design department should be fired.

I wish cameras would be on the same level as the phone without any camera bumps, on flagships its impossible to do but on budget phones the camera hardware and size of the cameras is not even big so why make a camera bump?

S22 Ultra camera design is alright, it's just nightmare to maintain because all videos of it I've seen, lenses had tons of dust around the raised lenses and it looked terrible.
