he S22 Ultra cameras ARE really not that good. 3X camera is "sharper", but that's how bad the ultra-wide camera is and the telephoto is. My initial take of the S22 Ultra: photos are a lot processed better than other post-S10 cameras, but the usability is so bad. 1) shutter lag is horrible and 2) focusing speed is horrible and 3) edge to edge sharpness is pretty bad. I'll have to test more on (3), but I was pretty surprised at how bad it is: signboard near the edge of the frame was blur while it's in the same focal plane as the subject.
Caveat:I have ordered (and received) a S22 Ultra. I am going to keep it regardless of the camera because I have always needed the S Pen.

Imaging a serious camera review not testing the actual capabilites of the product they're holding and instead tries to evaluate how well it mimics an inferior product.
This is a review methodology perfected by sites like Anandtech.

I have personally tested the phones and found that the camera qualities are in fact better than S22 Ultra in terms of clarity and colours at all zoom levels.

They have their rule for scoring same as other benchmarks. Real life performance might differ.
They have given many dubious scores in the past. Don't fall for it. Go test the phone personally if you're interested.
