barns, 06 Mar 2022tell me again the benefits of having no headphone jack… int... moreIsn't every USB to 3.5 am integrated dac amp? poor quality due to small size for sure, but it is converting digital signals to analog. And from the perspective of someone like me who was going to plug in a better dac amp anyways, it's better that there's no unused port on my phone. For those who don't care about quality too much, Bluetooth audio should be a better choice anyday imo.

Today I learnt-HiFiMan is a Chinese brand! Always love reading you reviews Prasad!

Btw how do they compare to the HD85X ($170-180) or some IEMs in this price range??
Been thinking of buying the former but not sure if importing them (to India) would be wise due to customs/duties, so been waiting for a relative to come lol!

          $8000? 🤔 Wtf

'In terms of impedance, the HE400se do require a dedicated amplifier to run'. That's why we need smartphones with 3.5mm audio jack and DAC, something like the V and G series from LG and Asus. Sadly, today almost every manufacturer is eliminating the jack and we are left with TWS garbage.

tell me again the benefits of having no headphone jack… introducing lightning/type-c to 2.5mm/3.5mm/4.4mm/ without dedicated DAC/AMP…

This is probably the cheapest non discontinued planar headphones you can get. Although you need an amp.

You guys really would dig audiophile stuff that's quite unexpected lol.
