Xiaomi Smart Band 7 could have Always On Display, GPS, smart alarm and more

Firmware for the band was decompiled to reveal a wider display, battery saver feature and other features.

Anonymous, 05 Mar 2022Please add on / off button battery is draining with in 2 days.Factory reset your band, then turn off the every minute heart rate monitoring. The battery life will increase dramatically.

    Hope it will get a bigger battery

          People asking for features here like they are talking to Xiaomi lol.
          Also, more features = less battery and more price.
          But if the 7 had GPS it would be nice, and AOD makes sense for a watch. I was wonderign when it would be implemented.
          Otherwise, let this one roll out and snag the on sale band 6 hehe.

                if only it were more accurate and change the band to more secure one i would wear one with my mechanical watch on the other hand.

                    Xiaomi bands are excellent cheap devices. Been wearing since mi band 4, good to check on notifications and sleep tracking.

                      AoD is one of the most useless things to exist. One press of a button shows the same thing, clearer and without eating up battery in the background.

                        I just bought a MI band 6, waiting for it to come. Looks like I won't be missing much.

                          It would seem smart watches of this ilk have fallen out of favor. the B5 had a fragile crystal and was smashed. if these were $20~30 they'd be an OK work watch.
                          but like smartphones, they are a bit distracting and often difficult to navigate.
