A note because I‘m sure there are still many people who confuse this:

These phones have IPS LCD displays. TFT is the category that both LCD and OLED belong to.

Saying a phone has a „TFT display“ nowadays is like saying „the phone has a display“.

What is often confused with this are TN LCD displays. They are one of 3 kinds of LCD (TN, VA, IPS) with worse image quality but faster pixel response time (less ghosting, which is not to be confused with blooming and not to be confused with haloing).

Anonymous, 04 Mar 2022What are even markets for these F and M models? I don'... moreThey are intended for Indian markets. Here, market is extremely saturated and competitive. So, Samsung ended up launching M series to attract all consumers. There's a reason why Samsung sells A and S series at a much higher price in Europe.

These new generation smartphone from phone companies are upgrade in name only everything else get downgrade

Just checked Geekbench and M33 5G (M336B) is found using Exynos 1200 (s5e8825). No 4G model or M23 4G/5G on the database currently, however.

Once again phones with screen sizes too big would have liked to see a phone with screen sized 5-5.5" with 5000mAh battery(which is not glued heavily).

What are even markets for these F and M models? I don't think I've even seen any around here in Europe. Just bunch of A and S models. J used to be super popular years ago.

I wish Samsung would launch a compact sized mid ranger. Their entire line up seems to have very little differentiating features internally or even externally. Most phones are between 6.4 and 6.7 inches. I wish they would launch an affordable phone at 6 inches or below
