I love how the Ax3 series are starting to look premium. Hopefully prices don't become premium too.

The price is interesting because when you look at the old MSRPs
A52 = 349€
A52 5G = 429€
A52s = 449€
Then this is now of course more expensive than the A52s, but will reach the current like 310€ of that much faster and be able to go even lower. That means it really is more a successor to A52 than A52s, but includes 5G and 120Hz and things like that. It also means that it is at least not a downgrade to its predecessor like for example the Moto G22.

so for all intents & purposes, the Exynos 1200 is a considerable downgrade from the E1080 and since this phone also omits the HP jack, no reason to buy this, I'm more than happy with my D1200 phone, only thing I miss is OIS

Symmetrical bezels and they have removed that ugly black bezels on top of frame present in most of their midrangers.

Jokes aside, I think that the bezels look to actually be about the same size as last year, comparing the leaked image to an image of the front of last year's A52. Although yeah, I do agree that the A51's bezels are just a tad thinner.

I don't know why Samsung A series screen bezel got thicker. A51 was very thin screen bezel, than A52 got thicker. And know from this leak pictures, A53 even more thicker than A52.

Paying 470 for a worse device than A52s which was definitely best of A5X series makes no sense to me.
Here in Slovakia brand new device can be bought from 280 bucks so paying 470 for a way worse phone is defiitely stupid idea.

If it is really 350 euros + if the Exynos 1200 perform well, it might probably be a very competitive phone, even tho I would take the A52s over this one. But who knows?

Meh, why would anyone change to this from A52s? I've got to say Samsung got quite odd marketing tactic this year with phone releases so far...
