To be honnest, i am sick and tired of hitting the "check update" option on my Note. I am changing my phone. I will never buy Samsung again. Never! And I think this update for the Note wont happen in future fast, maby 2-3 months later. I hate you Samsung!

I think the guy from Poland is a fake....
But seen some updates on samsung microsite saying Q2 2013....

First. I like gsmarena. But I would like to make the following suggestion. When an announcement turns out to be false it would be helpful if it is indicated in the title. Not in the update at the end of the article. Perhaps a clever use of the word "NOT" somehow used over the title or
something else that conveys some other nuance like "not so fast" or "maybe not". Anyways, as I said, I've found gsmarena to be a useful reference. Keep up the good work.

AnonD-15085, 15 Jan 2013i had the xperia s it worked great in ginger bread then cam... morefrom version 2 to version 4 due to a different linux build version you may get bugs which can be solved by doing a hard reset ( factory data reset)

What's "move along people" supposed to mean? YOU should move along and do a better job at journalism before posting inaccurate "news" again! I consider it YOUR responsibility to filter out the true from the false rumours and provide US, the visitors of this site, with trustworthy information. Do your job properly. And not wait for a correcting update, after an official statement is issued! Don't you think that your reputation may be hurt?

some kid call novak posted a hoax on the android geek forum he had a note 2, there is no update for the note yet. when it comes there will be more people shouting about it and less saying is it in their country. and if you want a phone that gets updates to every body at the same time all around the world... get you self a windows 8 phone and hope there are more apps to come in the pipeline. or no one makes apps for it

Common_636, 15 Jan 2013If you want to switch to the Xperia fine, its a very beauti... morei had the xperia s it worked great in ginger bread then cam ics which was rushed and had so many bug the phone turned to crap over night and as for jb on the xperia s the date keeps getting put back. sony can'y be bothered to fix the bugs with updates sony are the worst ever for updates and customer service..(look on the xpreia forums. any way sold that piece of crap and got the NOTE 100 time better than any phone from sony (or is FONY it would suit sony well)
