If you mean mobile operators, then Ukrainian Vodafone and Kyivstar have had nothing to do with MTS and Beeline for 8 years, so don't talk nonsense.

Nobody in the world finds it strange that they still have electricity in Ukraine except for the in East Ukraine? Russia controls the largest nuclear power plant in Ukraine, could easily take out the electricity grid, but they don't.

                    I find ironic that i can't comment about politics on a political article.

                      I imagine it would have to use satellites to send the info, given that mobile network and wired internet infrastructure could be so easily destroyed. It's a sad state of affairs when even an advertising company has to do everything it can to save lives.
