    Huh? The Xcover Pro gets monthly updates like clockwork, the most recent one came 5 March. And Android 12 is scheduled for May 2022.

      Compared to the old XCover Pro, this is a MASSIVE jump and puts even on mid high tier phones. The issue is the cost. If this cost the same as the S20 FE, this won't be good at all.

        Last xcover had removable battery, hope this one won't compromise on features.

                    b) this is not like Xiaomi releasing the same phone in 3 different sub brands, this is a new phone in a niche segment (durable design) so it’s a lot more useful than rebranding some Redmi as Poco

                          I usually expect ir camera on xcover phones... Otherwise it's maybe even worse than using x cover on normal phone.
