camera lens on the corner? This just gets funnier and funnier. Apple will let em go anyways. Probably asked them if its ok, to do it, since apple gets 8 bucks on every htc phone sold.

I wish their would be no patent issue with this design
Secondly they should not use the tegra 4 as it is still not beating powerSV series five they should move with qualcomm either st-ericsson which will provide some good things to htc

AnonD-102177, 17 Jan 2013HTC hasn't learned anything. Their marketing simply sucks. ... moreHTC could've came up with more original desing. Have to say this one looks terrible because it looks exacly like iphone.
And what's wrong with Snapdragon? It's not worse or something, it's just the question of the brand.

Although I dislike HTC, the specs look good and 4.7" screen is perfect for me. It does look like the iPhone 5. I would probably think of getting this phone if I didn't have a bad experience with the Nexus one and if it didn't have sense.

oh look. For a second I thought it was an iphone 5 until I saw the title of the topic. That being said, them and apple have an agreement. So it's all good. hahahahah.

HTC hasn't learned anything. Their marketing simply sucks. And I expected Tegra 4 processor for their next and the only 2013 flagship device. Looks like we will again witness two or three flagship devicec from HTC in 2013. Somebody please tell them, less is more.

AnonD-88512, 17 Jan 2013Personally I'm a little worried about the increasing screen... moreBasically increase in screen size is right. Smartphone need bigger screens than tradational phones because of the functionality it provides i.e web browsing playing games and watching movies etc

HTC has been a great player in the game l used my 1st HTC back in 2002-2003 MDA/Qtek (T-mobile) and great quality phones in the class with Nokia, Motorola. Keep up the good work HTC!

I wonder how many "flagships" all these Android floaters have 2 release just 2 stay in the game! Samsung release only 1 each of smartphone n phablet flagships a year and they stay the top guns globally till the next iterations! It's another thing that with the current insane screen size trends the distinction between smartphones n phablets is getting blurred at blistering pace! All these guys have gone nuts! The only thing which can justify this insane screen size trend n make it ergonomic is flexible n bendy devices like the YOUM prototypes!

HTC should recall designers of their old good times, designers who made Diamond and other devices. Super A class by look and feel.
