I may wait for next year's model tho' as I got the ASUS ROG Z13 with an Alder Lake-H (slightly better than the Alder Lake-P in the Gram).

Will see tho': could get it as an impulse purchase. The Gram 17 is one of my favorite devices and.

It's great we now have a 32GB option although the graphics are pointless to me - I use my dedicated gaming machine if I want to frag. I also don't need big power for work and have never noticed throttling on my Gram 17.
I would like a touch screen to be an option on all sizes and configurations - I'd take the weight for the versatility.

joe nodden, 21 Mar 2022You will never see me dropping $2 thousand on a laptop. I drop £2000 minimum on one every 2 years regardless of whether I need or even want it

alcatraz, 21 Mar 2022That does not look like 16:10. Looks like 3:2 to me. Looks externally identical to my 2021 17" Gram, which is 16:10 2560x1600. It's really good and so light for the size, but I regret not going for the 16" (front edge to keyboard is too far). When they update their 16" 2-in-1 to 12th gen I may well be interested.

Hope the cooling system is improved. I have several 17" grams, and they all struggle with cpu cooling, often throttling.
