Especially when you consider that we as consumers here in the United States are protected with the warranty either from the manufacturer or the retailer that sold it to you. And the versions that we get from Motorola are FCC certified. The last one's my favorite though the versions of the software and firmware we get are better than anywhere else because Google's American.

    Had a Motorola X-Pure a number of years ago and got rid of it after less than a year. The only thing worse than the battery life on that phone was Lenovo's miserable excuse for support. I'd have rather dealt with some script/flowchart reading outsourced moron than whatever sub human single brain cell idiots they use.

    Ever since Google gutted Motorola and sold the smelly, desiccated corpse to Lenovo- The brand isnt even a shell of what it once was.

      Anyone got this in the EU? I wonder if they're selling the 512GB version anywhere apart from the US.

        I got my Motorola as a gift but enjoy it so much I checked but decided to just keep what I have considering they don't take or accept undamaged trade in's.

        If they did I'd certainly upgrade; even though my Moto G hasn't given me any problems I did see a few features in the upgrade I'd like to have; but maybe later ?

                Unreliable update schedules for about two years, then Lenovo will quickly forget about this throwaway $1,000.00 phone. Then you're stuck with an Android phone running an obsolete OS four or more revs behind--not worth more that $100!!!

                              Very happy for 500$ phone. 68W charger takes 15-20min in the morning till I have my coffee and it is charged tho 90-100% from 35-40 left from last 2 day. Yes 2 days easy. 5000mAh battery.
                              Smooth and fast operating, and ofcourse READY FOR function is just top.
                              Pure android 12.
                              What else can you ask for.

I’m still loving my Oneplus 8 Pro, 9 Pro, S20 Ultra, Note 20 Ultra and the gang. Processor alone doesn’t make it worth the price. That’s a midrange phone at premium price.

                                        $999? I would rather buy a Galaxy S22+ or an iPhone 13 Pro over this phone, for a more stable software update and they are just better than Motorola after all.
