A series are great now. Mine is A52. What to say. Super battery life and good performance. Will wait for A55. No headphone jack and no charger aren't critical.

      It is clear why Exynos 850 in this phone is underpower.

      A12 Nacho is a missing from Review units. In fact I compare the phone next to A9 (2018) and it performs not bad at all.

      LCD of Nacho in HD+ resolution is responsive but lacks smoothness in certain apps and games.

      E850 inside is designed to perform fast enough for the HD+ display and light daily tasks, trimmed One UI "Core" 3.1 on top of Android 11 performs well with Nacho. This is mostly not same with A12 Helio P35.

      GPU of E850 could achieve 6.9 fps in Aztec Ruins OpenGL (HighTier) and 2.2 fps for its 1440p Offscreen version.

      This is not the meter, to show whether the phone is fast or slow, but it has its point.

      Look:
      OpenGL ES 3.1
      720p = 6.9
      1440p = 2.2
      lees than 1/3 performance with higher resolution.
      Vulkan 1.0 (High)
      720 = 6.0
      1440p = 2.0

      again 1/3rd

      Manhattan 3.1
      1440p = 3.0
      1080p = 5.6
      720p = 11

      nearly half of each.

      A13 has a FHD+ display, and its graphical performance is half of Nacho, mathematically.

      The phone itself perform depend on the usage, but the laziness of the handset is what manufacturers forget, a pick up truck can not carry a full size truck's load, flawlessly.

      Once Exynos 7420 flexed it muscles in S6 series with a lot of weaknesses in heavy load, the same SoC was the strong point of Meizu Pro 5.

      1440p was not on par with the strength of E7420.
      1080p was a perfect display and one of the reason why Pro 5 was smoother than S6 series in heavy usage.

      Using E850 is better than others with A53 cores, but not enough for a 1080p display at all.

          I run a business and my lowest-paying customers are the most frustrating to deal with. Granted, everyone likes a bargain; but the hubris and self entitlement of cheapskates is remarkable, if not impressive in and of itself.

          And don't get me started on tire kickers.

                Recently launch A12 A23 and A53 best in class ph this price segment i am using A12 2 pcs right now i am buying A13 light blue colour in my mother camera is awesome and battery backup also good
                I.like only samsung i am use samsung last 11 years samsung is one of the best smartph

The redmi note 10s is miles better, Poco X3 pro is around 225 to 230. For an extra 25 quid you're literally moving to a different galaxy of phone pardon the pun. It's a poor show here really. Not good enough.

                        Will be interesting to see the review. All round looks like a very budget friendly device with decent enough spec for a low performance user

                          Well the A12 was the best selling smartphone in the world last year soo...

                          My guess is Samsung has a place in its heart for this model..

                          Goes to show that the average user just want something that works

                            Meanwhile the far superior A22 is 200 euros, and it has a better chipset, screen, cameras and (arguably) design.
                            I can't believe they would sell an Exynos 850 for that money!
