Anonymous, 02 Apr 2022Hope they continue with the reputation of excellent sound q... moreNo, the first-gen Z does not sound good. It's cheap and sounds cheap too, the best thing about them is the long battery life with a fast charge support. I know from experience, because I own the first Z's as my travel headphones, in case I must listen to something using headphones. They lack detail, for example bass details (they have some depth, but the details just aren't there) and mids are... Like there's a cloth between your ear and the earbud. And soundstage is quite narrow. However, they are really cheap and these issues I mentioned are a lot to be fixed, given the price range.

We have many true wireless earbuds today. But I like neckband earphones too. Had Beats Flex. Now have JBL Tune 125BT. Cheaper but better in terms of sound and battery life. Beats were more beautiful with better materials. Wanted to buy Huawei Freelace but didn't buy because of bad sound without updates. And you can't install updates with Samsung phone. Even their app is outdated and only supports Freelace Pro. JBL is value for money. Never used OnePlus but any user tell me about its sound quality and bass.

No quick switch button is disappointing.

@GSMA: Please correct the weight. It's 26.65 grams.

Add few more backs. You'll get realme buds wireless 2 with ANC.
