oio, 07 Apr 2022mi 11 ultra is a killer phone wym, even better than the 12 ... moreI'm currently having 10 ultra but couple of weeks ago i f*cked it had by setting all back to factory settings and it's locked now, lmao. I gave it to tech support and they are struggling to unlock the software. Now i see this and i started crawing hard for this new arrival.

Can't wait for the beast to arrive! 😍

oio, 07 Apr 2022mi 11 ultra is a killer phone wym, even better than the 12 ... moreWell, that's not much of an competition given that it's known that Xiaomi's 2022 lineup is crap.
Mi 10 Ultra, compared to Mi 11 Ultra, has:
-more stable performance (less throttling and overheating)
-additional 2x tele lens for portraits
        -macro mode
        -better video quality
        -quicker charging

Mi 11 U has ceramic back, bigger brighter main screen with QHD resolution, secondary screen, better photo quality in general, superior ultrawide, slightly better battery life. 8:5 for Mi 11 Ultra, not much of an win here.
Mi 11 Ultra is not a bad device, I'm not saying that, but from my standpoint, Mi 10 Ultra was Xiaomi's pinnacle, Mi 11 Ultra is the start of downfall trend and Mi 12 Ultra will be definite proof of downward spiral.

Anonymous, 04 Apr 2022Plastic back is bestIt's not. It scratches so easily and it's acting like an insulator, meaning all the heat from chipset is trapped inside phone. Which is why I prefer glass. It's great heat conductor and will basically never get scratched from normal use. It's only an issue if you drop your phone on the ground 55 times a day, in which case plastic might be better. But will still be all scratched up and horrible...

Anonymous, 04 Apr 2022He talked about the telephoto cameras.I'm not sure about p50 pro but I got s22 ultra recently and 1 thing that stood out to me immediately is how much better Samsung's optical zoom is when compared to my previous p30 pro. I compared both phones side by side. On another hand the night mode needs improvement. I'd say Huawei P30 pro still does better night photography than Samsung s22 ultra despite larger camera sensor. So I'd say Xiaomi will need to work on camera software without it, it will be like Lumix CM1 phone with great hardware, garbage results. Sensor size alone is useless these days. You need Xiaomi hardware with apple software level development for best camera phone in 2022+

I will choose whichever is lighter if i'm buying it. Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra is very heavy already and causes right thumb pain when I use it longer. I like the weight of Samsung, but gave up using Samsung because they got rid of many features. Lets see what will Mi 12 Ultra brings and if it will be worth an upgrade.

why wouldnt they wait to release this until next gen chipset??
